Delivery & Returns

When will my order be shipped?​​​

We will endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days once your order has been received. Orders will be shipped on the following Monday. Business days include Monday-Friday only.


What should I do if my order was damaged in transit?

If an item has been damaged in transit, Be.neath will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.


​Tracking your parcel​​

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. Your order will be delivered with care to you by Sendle.


How can I return my purchase?​​​​​

If you are interested in returning your purchase, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Returns are valid within 7 days of delivery. Once the product is received, Be.neath will provide you with a full refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.


​Can I cancel or amend my order?​​

Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.



All prices on the Be.neath website are inclusive of GST. The GST amount will be displayed on the invoice accompanying your shipment email.
